Get your athlete moving, learning, and having fun this summer. This camp is designed for kids ages 7-10 who are involved in sports or just love to be active. We’ll focus on building foundational athletic skills in a high-energy, encouraging environment.

Each day will include a mix of:

• Speed & agility training

• Coordination and balance work

• Strength fundamentals (age-appropriate)

• Fun competitive games

• Confidence-building drills

This camp is perfect for young athletes looking to improve performance across any sport while building confidence, teamwork, and a love for training.

The Apex Speed Academy is a 4-week elite speed camp designed for youth athletes who want to get faster, more explosive, and more confident in their sport.

Athletes will train twice per week on Mondays and Wednesdays, focusing on sprint technique, acceleration, top speed, change of direction, and plyometrics designed to build real game speed. This is not just conditioning or random drills — this is high-level speed development built to help athletes move more efficiently and perform at a higher level.

Throughout the academy, athletes will learn proper sprint mechanics including posture, arm action, foot strike, and body positioning so they develop a true understanding of how elite athletes sprint and move. Every session is designed to improve explosiveness off the line, running mechanics, and overall athletic movement.

Athletes will also have their sprints timed using laser timing systems so they can track progress throughout the program while receiving detailed coaching feedback from our staff.

By the end of the 4 weeks, every athlete will leave with:

• Improved speed and explosiveness

Each athlete will also receive:

• Official Apex Performance shirt

• Laser-timed sprint testing and progress tracking

• Individual coaching feedback

• 12-week at-home speed training program to continue improving after the academy ends
